  MERCK uprevo (tildipirosin) antibiotic is a powerful new macrolide that exhibits extended duration in the lungs for the treatment of bovine respiratory disease (BRD) and respiratory disease in cattle at high-risk of developing BRD. Zuprevo concentrates at the site of the action – in the lungs – for 28 days and in bronchial fluid for 21 days to treat BRD caused by Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida and Histophilus somni. DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION: Inject subcutaneously as a single dose in the neck at a dosage of 4 mg/kg (1 mL/100 lb) body weight (BW). Do not inject more than 10 mL per injection site.
