Description
ToxiBanŽ is most effective administered as soon as ingestion of a toxicant is suspected. It may be used in some emergencies when absorption of the toxicant is nearly complete or the exposure was via a parenteral route. This latter application usually involves repetitive or multiple doses. Multiple doses may be used to interrupt the enterohepatic circulation of some toxins, thereby preventing thier reabsorption.
