  PRODUCT DISCONTINUED BY MANUFACTURER PFIZER Use in healthy swine as an aid in preventing disease caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serotypes 1, 5, and 7. Pneumosuis III consists of killed, standardized cultures of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae with aluminum hydroxide adjuvant. DOSAGE/ADMINISTRATION: Aseptically administer 2 mL subcutaneously or intramuscularly. Sows and Gilts: Healthy sows and gilts should receive 2 doses administered at 4 and 2 weeks before farrowing. Revaccination with a single dose 3 weeks before subsequent farrowings is recommended. Pigs: Healthy pigs should receive a single 2 mL dose at weaning, followed by a second dose 3–4 weeks later. |
