DURVET
DuraFend (active ingredient fenbendazole 0.5%) is a multi-species medicated dewormer for the control and removal of worms – including lungworms, stomach worms, intestinal worms, bankrupt worms - in a broad range of animals. Pellets may be top dressed or blended with feed. Type C medicated feed is approved for use on beef and dairy cattle (no milk withdrawal), horses, swine, growing turkeys, among others (see label for species).
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
Cattle – for the removal and control of lungworms, barberpole worms, brown stomach worms, small stomach worms, hookworms, thread-necked intestinal worms, small intestinal worms, bankrupt worms and nodular worms.
Feeding directions for 1,000 lbs body weight: 1 lb in a one day treatment. Retreatment may be needed after 4-6 weeks. 13 day slaughter withdrawal; no milk withdrawal. Do not use in veal calves.
Horses – for the removal and control of large strongyles, small strongyles, pinworms and ascarids.
