The Beltsville Turkey Semen Extender II, containing gentamicin, maintains acceptable fertility of the sperm for up to six hours when used as directed. The temperature of the extender should be at 68°F to 77°F (20°C to 25°C) before being mixed with the semen. Recommended extension is 1 to 1
